摘要
为了适应新时期国家从制造大国向创新大国转型对人才培养的需求,高校急需培养知识面广、专业技能扎实、实践能力强、综合素质高以及具有一定创新能力的各类高级人才。该文结合4年来学科融合方法,分析了开放实验室中对学生进行交叉组合式培养的创新探索。研究表明,不同专业、不同年级和不同学历层次的学生进行交叉组合培养对学生知识面的扩展、创新能力的培养、综合素质提高等方面具有明显的提升。
To meet the needs of Chinese talent training during the transition from a big manufacturing country to a creative country in the new era,colleges and universities urgently need to cultivate a variety of top talents who have wide range of knowledge,solid professional skills,strong practical ability,high comprehensive quality and certain innovative abilities. Thus, this article combines the method of interdisciplinary integration and analyzes the exploration of interdisciplinary training in open laboratories for 4 years. The research shows that the cross combination training of students with different majors,different grade and different educational background presented an obviously promotion to students ’ knowledge expansion, innovation ability cultivation and overall quality improvement, which is worth popularizing.
