摘要
为了解决矿用干式变压器由于工作环境恶劣引起的损坏等问题,通过Fluent仿真软件结合干式变压器的固流耦合控制方程对干式变压器内部温度场进行了一定的分析,给出了干式变压器内部温度场云图及铁芯、低压绕组和高压绕组的轴向温度分布曲线,为延长矿用变压器的使用寿命提供理论参考。
in order to solve the problems of mine dry-type transformer damage caused by the bad working environment,this paper analyzes the internal temperature field of the dry-type transformer through fluent simulation software combined with the solid-liquid coupling control equation of the dry-type transformer,and gives the internal temperature field cloud diagram of the dry-type transformer and the axial temperature distribution curve of the core,low-voltage winding and high-voltage winding to improve the service life of mining transformer to provide references.
