超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在小儿上肢手术中的效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探析超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在小儿上肢手术中的应用价值。方法:选取行上肢手术治疗的82例患儿,采用硬币法随机将其分为两组,各41例。研究组患儿采用超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,对照组采用常规解剖定位臂丛阻滞麻醉,对比麻醉阻滞效果。结果:研究组感觉阻滞与运动阻滞起效时间早于对照组,一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,麻醉优良率高于对照组,麻醉并发症发生率低于对照组,麻醉药物使用剂量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉完成时间研究组长于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿实施上肢手术时行超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果佳、安全性高,同时可减少麻药使用剂量,值得临床推荐使用。 Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia in upper limb surgery in children.Method A total of 82 children who came to our hospital for upper limb surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups by coin method,with 41 cases each.The children in the study group were anesthetized with brachial plexus nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound,while the control group was treated with conventional anatomic localization of brachial plexus block anesthesia,and the results were compared.Results The onset time of sensory and motor block in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the success rate of one-time puncture was higher than that in the control group,the excellent and good rate of anesthesia was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of anesthesia complications was lower than that in the control group,and the dosage of anesthetic drugs was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia is effective and safe for upper limb surgery in children.
