摘要
目的探究新医改背景下病案管理创新思路。方法选取我院2018年1月-2019年6月的500份病案为研究对象,以实施病案管理创新为分界点,将其分为A组和B组,各250份,其中A组为常规病案管理组,B组为创新病案管理组。两组病案管理区分界线为2018年9月,2018年9月后我院实施创新病案管理方法,转变了传统病案管理形式。结果 A组病案管理理念掌握评分、病案管理方法熟悉评分和病案管理数字化程度评分分别为(85.36±5.36)分、(81.25±3.65)分和(84.36±4.63)分。而B组病案管理理念掌握评分、病案管理方法熟悉评分和病案管理数字化程度评分则分别为(92.36±6.35)分、(94.36±1.36)分和(98.36±1.25)分。相比之下,A组病案管理情况明显逊于B组,且A组病案管理差错出现次数为45次,事故发生率为18.00%,B组病案管理差错出现次数为10次,事故发生率为4.00%。相比之下,A组病案管理事故发生率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论在新医改背景下的病案管理创新中,通过病案管理创新工作实施,提升了病案创新管理水平,为病案创新管理工作的处置和实施奠定了基础。
Objective To explore the idea of medical record management innovation under the background of new medical reform. Methods 500 cases of medical record in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subject of the study, which were divided into group A and group B, each of which was divided into group A and group B. The dividing line of the two groups of medical records management areas is September 2018, and after September 2018, our hospital implemented the innovative medical record management method and transformed the traditional medical record management form. Results The scores of mastery of medical record management concept, familiarity of medical record management method and digitization of medical record management in group A were(85.36±5.36) points,(81.25±3.65) points and(84.36±4.63) points, respectively. The scores of mastery of medical record management concept, familiarity of medical record management method and digitization of medical record management in group B were(92.36±6.35) points,(94.36±1.36) points and(98.36±1.25) points, respectively. In contrast, the medical record management in group A was significantly worse than that in group B, and the frequency of medical record management errors in group A was 45 times, the accident rate was 18.00%, the frequency of medical record management errors in group B was 10 times, and the accident rate was 4.00%. In contrast, the incidence of medical record management accidents in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion In the innovation of medical record management under the background of new medical reform, the implementation of medical record management innovation improves the level of medical record innovation management and lays a foundation for the disposal and implementation of medical record innovation management.
