摘要
红色资源是优质的教育资源;户外运动是深受大学生喜爱的新兴运动项目。二者不仅具有思想政治教育和身体教育的互补之处还有培养大学生优良品质的相通之处;我国红色资源丰富,许多红色资源聚集地具备开展户外运动的优越自然条件,而且红色资源蕴含大量户外运动的史实可供借鉴。因此,运用红色资源开展户外运动切实可行。通过对红色资源和自然资源的考察和筛选、设计和论证教学活动方案、精心组织教学使大学生在红色资源的熏陶下自觉接受革命传统教育和民族精神教育,在激烈的身体和心理刺激下锻炼大学生身体,磨砺心理品质,促进大学生身心健康成长。
Red resources are well-qualified educational resources,and outdoor sports a burgeoning sports event loved deeply by undergraduates.They are not only complementary to each other in aspects of ideological and political education and physical education,but also interlinked on the cultivation of undergraduates'good traits.China is rich in red resources,and many gathering places of red resources have superior natural conditions to carry out outdoor sports.Moreover,the historical facts that red resources have been applied to many outdoor sports can be used for reference.Therefore,the application of red resources to undergraduates'outdoor sports is regarded practical and feasible.With the investigation and selection of both the red resources and natural resources,and designing and demonstration of teaching schemes in combination of elaborate organization of the teaching activities,undergraduates immerse themselves in the red resources and voluntarily accept the education of revolutionary traditions and national spirits.Undergraduates also strengthen their bodies and sharpen their mentalities in the intense physical and mental stimulation,which promotes their sound growth on both sides.
