宝石能谱CT血管造影对冠状动脉瘤的诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨宝石能谱CT血管造影对冠状动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院16例确诊为冠状动脉瘤的宝石能谱CT血管造影影像资料,对所有图像进行VR、MIP、CPR等后重建处理,观察动脉瘤形态、位置、瘤颈形状、载瘤动脉狭窄程度及对斑块成份分析。结果16例均清楚显示瘤体的大小,形态,血栓形成情况及载瘤动脉狭窄程度;6例位于右冠状动脉近段(RCA),1例位于右冠状动脉圆锥支(RCB)、3例位于右副冠状动脉,3例位于左冠状动脉主干(LM),1例位于左冠状动脉第1对角支近段(D1),2例为左冠状动脉瘤,伴发冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘形成。结论宝石能谱CT血管造影在评价冠状动脉瘤中具有明显优势,对于动脉瘤的病因、病理形态、临床手术指导及支架术后复查均具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of gemstone spectral CT in the diagnosis of cornoary artery aneurysms.Methods Gemstone Spectral CT images of 16 cases of coronary artery aneurysms diagnosed in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,Volume rendering(VR),Maximum intensity projection(MIP)and Curved planar reconstruction(CPR)were adopted to process the images to observe aneurysm morphology,locatiom,neck shape,degree of arterial stenosis and plaque composition.Results The size shape thrombosis and degree of tumorcarrying artery stensis were clearly shown in 16 case.6 cases were located near the right coronary artey(RCA),1 case was located in the conus branch of the right coronary artey(RCB),3 cases were located near right accessory coronary artery,3 cases were located in left main artery(LMA),1 case was located in near diagonal branches 1(D1),and 2 cases were located in left coronary artery associated with coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula.Conclusion Gemstone spectrum CT angiography has obvious advantages in the evaluation of cononary artery aneurysms.It is of great significancefor the etiology,pathomorphology,clinical operation guidance and potsoperative review of aneurysms.
