基于安卓平台的尺寸测量技术研究

摘要 针对当前智能电表一致性检测中需要复杂又昂贵的机械自动化固定装置,系统不适用于现场检测以及人工检测方式弊端多等问题,结合电力部门现场工作的特点和尺寸测量的需求,提出一种基于安卓平台的智能电表尺寸测量技术。该技术依次经过摄像机标定、智能电表特征点提取及匹配、三维重建和尺寸计算步骤,实现在现场工作环境下智能电表的尺寸检测。在安卓平台,通过NDK利用JNI封装C++语言实现的尺寸测量算法,Java端调用封装好的算法进行尺寸测量。实验结果表明:该技术测量精度可至毫米级,准确率高达95%以上,检测效率高,适用于现场测量。 At present, there are many problems in the consistency detection of intelligent meters, such as the need for complex and expensive mechanical automatic fixed devices, unsuitable for on-site detection, and disadvantages in manual detection. Combined with the characteristics of the field work of the power sector and the demand of size measurement, this paper proposes an intelligent meter size measurement technology based on Android platform. Through the steps of camera calibration, feature point extraction and matching, 3 D reconstruction and size calculation, we realized the size detection of smart meters in the field work environment. On the Android platform, we used JNI package C++ through the NDK to achieve the size measurement algorithm, and the Java end called the packaged algorithm for size measurement. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of this technology can reach millimeter level, and the accuracy rate is more than 95%. It has high detection efficiency and is suitable for field measurement.
