摘要
为了寻找保护性杀菌剂和内吸性杀菌剂复配比例及其对黄瓜蔓枯病的防治效果,选择嘧菌酯、多菌灵、噁霉灵、精甲 咯菌腈、福 福锌和噁酮 锰锌等6种杀菌剂,测定了6种杀菌剂对黑腐球壳菌(Didynnella bryoniae)菌丝的毒力,并对具有增效作用的复配药剂测定其对黄瓜蔓枯病的防治效果。结果表明:福 福锌和噁酮 锰锌对黑腐球壳菌菌丝的EC 50分别为16.166 mg L-1和58.740 mg L-1。福 福锌和噁铜 锰锌2者复配比例为m(福 福锌)∶m(噁酮 锰锌)=1∶1和m(福 福锌)∶m(噁酮 锰锌)=3∶2时,增效值(SR)分别为2653.57和399.58,增效作用明显高于其他比例,并且2种比例的复配剂对黄瓜蔓枯病的防治效果分别为85.72%和78.57%。由此表明,明福 福锌和噁铜 锰锌复配可以提高对黄瓜蔓枯病的防治效果。
six fungicides including Azoxystrobin,Carbendazim,Hymexazol,Metalaxyl-M Fludioxonil,Thiram Ziram,Famoxadone Mancozeb were screened and tested their toxicity of the hyphae of Didynnella bryoniae,a cucumber gummy stem blight pathogen,in order to find out their compound proportion of protective and systemic fungicides and the control effect with synergistic effect of compound fungicides to the disease in the pots.The results showed that the EC 50 of Thiram Ziram and Famoxadone Mancozeb to Didynnella bryoniae hyphae were 16.166 mg L-1 and 58.740 mg L-1,respectively.When the ratio of Thiram Ziram and Famoxadone Mancozeb were 1∶1 and 3∶2,the synergistic value(SR)of compound were 2653.57 and 399.58,respectively,higher significantly than others.Furthermore,the control effects of two compound agents on cucumber blight were 85.72%and 78.57%,respectively.As the result of the mix proportion of 1∶1 and 3∶2 with Thiram Ziram and Famoxadone Mancozeb,the formulations could improve the control effect on cucumber gummy stem blight.
