摘要
肝纤维化(HF)是肝硬化发展的必经阶段,早期诊断与干预对于阻止其向肝硬化发展具有重要临床意义。近年来,功能磁共振成像(fMRI)的发展,使得MRI在观察HF形态学改变的同时,能够更全面地了解功能变化,利于早期诊断。本文对fMRI诊断HF的应用进展进行综述。
Hepatic fibrosis(HF) is the inevitable process in development of cirrhosis. Early diagnosis and intervention of HF are of great clinical significances for prevention cirrhosis. In recent years, with the development of functional MRI(fMRI), it is not only possible to observe the morphological changes of HF, but also to understand the functional changes comprehensively, which is conducive to the early diagnosis of HF. The advantages of fMRI in diagnosis of HF were reviewed in this article.
