摘要
目的:探讨医联体模式下基层医院临床护理能力的实践效果。方法:选择内、外、妇产科护理人员66名,2016年10月-2017年9月未实施该模式护理人员33名为对照组,2017年10月-2018年9月实施医联体模式护理人员33名为观察组。比较两组护士综合能力、护理管理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组护士临床综合能力各指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后医院护理管理质量评分情况均显著优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医联体模式下可有效提高医院临床护理的质量,提高医院护士综合能力,值得推广与应用。
Objective:To explore the practical effect of clinical nursing ability in basic hospital under the mode of Medical Association Model.Methods:We selected 66 nurses from internal medicine,surgery and obstetrics and gynecology.From October 2016 to September 2017,33 nurses who did not implement the model were taken as the control group,from October 2017 to September 2018,33 nurses who implemented the medical association model were taken as the observation group.We compared the comprehensive ability,nursing management quality score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the clinical comprehensive ability of nurses was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing and the comprehensive ability of hospital nurses under the mode of Medical Association Model,which was worth popularizing and applying.
