摘要
中医理论认为脏腑是一个有机整体,是人体生命活动的中心,脏腑相互为用共同维持生命进程。在疾病发生发展之前,发挥中医脏腑观的前瞻性以及指导性作用,有助于扭转疾病恶化的趋势,达到未病先防、既病防变的效果。在分子生物学高速发展的今天,相关的生物学物质基础也提示了脏腑间存在密切联系。文章以肺肠、心肾相互关系为例,阐述了其特异性相关的分子生物学物质基础。进一步发掘中医脏腑观背后科学逻辑,阐明生物学机制,以期解决生命医学的关键问题。
Traditional Chinese medicine theory holds that zang-fu viscera are the whole of interaction and the center of human life activities.Zang-fu viscera are mutually used to maintain the life process.Before the occurrence and development of the disease,the prospective and guiding role of the concept of zang-fu viscera in traditional Chinese medicine can help to reverse the deterioration of the disease,achieving the effect of preventing before the disease arises and preventing disease from exacerbating.With the rapid development of molecular biology,the relevant biological material foundation also suggests a close relationship between the viscera.Taking the relationship between lung,intestine,heart and kidney as an example,this paper,illustrates the molecular biological material basis of its specific correlation.To further explore the scientific logic behind the concept of zang-fu viscera in Traditional Chinese medicine and clarify the biological mechanism inorder to solve the key problems of life medical science.
