摘要
从现代学徒制与高职学生职业素养的内涵出发,以南通科技职业学院电梯专业为例,调查分析高职学生职业素养的现状,探索研究职业素养培养方法,提出职业素养综合培养机制,为培养具有优秀职业素养的技术技能型人才提供理论支持和参考。
Based on the connotation of modern apprenticeship system and professional quality of higher vocational students, taking the elevator specialty of Nantong College of Science and Technology as an example, this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of professional quality of higher vocational students, explores and researches the methods of the cultivation of professional quality, and puts forward a comprehensive cultivation mechanism of professional quality, which provides theoretical support and reference for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents with excellent professional quality.
