突出风险隧道安全避险措施应用效果分析研究

摘要 以新建叙毕铁路(川滇段)重要节点工程欧家湾隧道进口工区煤与瓦斯突出风险段穿越C1煤层施工过程为背景,利用现场应用对比、数据收集与趋势分析等手段,通过对原有施工技术措施进行不动火工艺改进,并编制石门揭煤专项技术方案,把煤矿井下六大避险系统应用到突出风险段隧道施工中,将现场实时检测的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1和钻孔瓦斯浓度变化趋势作为措施应用效果的分析指标,达到检验防突措施应用效果的目的.实践证明,煤矿安全避险措施在煤与瓦斯突出风险隧道中切实可行且效果显著,能够保障施工安全快速进行,可为类似铁路隧道施工提供借鉴. Based on the construction process of the coal and gas outburst risk section through the C1 coal seam in the important node project of the newly-built Xuyong-Bijie Railway(Sichuan and Yunnan section),the technics without fire is improved for replacing the original construction technical measures by means of field application comparison,data collection and trend analysis.Meanwhile,the special technical scheme of coal uncovering in hard heading is compiled,and the six risk avoidance systems in coal mine are applied to the tunnel construction of protruding risk section,the drilling debris gas desorption index K1 and variation trend of borehole gas concentration in real time are taken as the analysis index of the application effect of the measures,so as to test the application effect of the anti-penetration measures.Practice has proved that the safety avoidance measures of coal mine are effective in coal and gas outburst risk tunnel,which could guarantee the rapid construction safety,and provide some reference for similar railway tunnel construction.
