摘要
目的分析探讨全面基础护理应用于老年急性心肌梗死的临床效果和价值。方法随机筛选本院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的急性心肌梗死老年患者50例,采用抽签法均分为两组。对照组25例,行常规护理;观察组25例,行全面基础护理。比较两组患者对护理满意度评价以及随访期间复发率。结果观察组患者对护理满意度评分普遍高于对照组,随访6个月病情复发率低于对照组,差异均有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年急性心肌梗死患者全面基础护理能够有效增加患者对护理满意度,减少病情复发风险,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of comprehensive basic nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Fifty elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by lottery. Twentyfive patients in the control group underwent routine nursing. Twenty-five patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive basic care. The evaluation of nursing satisfaction and the recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were generally higher than those of the control group. The recurrence rate of the patients was lower than that of the control group at 6 months follow-up, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive basic nursing care for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively increase the patient’s satisfaction with nursing, reduce the risk of recurrence, and have a high clinical value.
