摘要
为研究单点渐进成形铝合金零件壁厚均匀性的变化规律,采用数值模拟与实验相结合方法对2024铝合金正八边形锥件单点渐进成形过程进行了分析。通过建立单点渐进成形过程动力显式有限元模型,得到影响单点渐进成形板料厚度的因素。其中工具头直径的影响最大、进给量的次之,下压量的最小。采用实验方法对模拟结果进行验证,实验与数字模拟分析最大误差为7. 0%。
In order to improve the uniformity of wall thickness of aluminum alloy parts by single-point progressive forming,the single-point progressive forming process of 2024 aluminum alloy regular octagonal cone parts was analyzed by numerical simulation and experiment. By establishing the dynamic explicit finite element model of the single-point progressive forming process,the factors affecting the uniformity of single-point progressive forming wall thickness are obtained as follows: tool head diameter is the most influential one,feed amount is next to it,and down-pressure is the least influential;The simulation results were verified by experimental methods,and the maximum error between the test and digital simulation analysis was 7. 0%.
