摘要
青岛市市立医院从后勤综合管理的现代化、信息化、专业化、智能化角度出发,利用物联网、移动互联网等技术手段,通过分期建设,建立了医院后勤智能化运维系统,实现了能源与设备信息统一管理,将孤立的各子系统打通,建立了一套完善有效的运行保障体系,将后勤保障与运维服务有机结合,实现精细化管理,有效提升了医院后勤管理服务效能。
In the perspectives of modernization, digitalization, professionalization and intellectualization, QMH(Qingdao Municipal Hospital) has gradually established the intellectual operational maintenance system in the integrated service management with the assistance of the mobile Internet and the Internet of Things. The above-mentioned system combines the isolated subsystems, which manages the information of resources and equipment unitedly, integrates the service management and the operational maintenance, in consequence it enhances the efficiency of the service management in QMH by implementing the delicacy management.
