摘要
目的探讨产前健康教育对母乳喂养的影响。方法100例在某院分娩的产妇,在围产期实行健康教育,随机分成2组:产科常规提供传统健康教育干预者设为对照组(n=50),加用产前健康教育者设为试验组(n=50),分析2组产妇母乳喂养成功率、产后下奶时间、产后乳汁分泌量、对母乳喂养知识的掌握率以及实践技能熟练度的差异。结果①试验组产妇母乳喂养成功率是98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(χ^2=7.263,P=0.015);②试验组产妇产后下奶时间短于对照组(P=0.000),产后乳汁分泌量多于对照组(P=0.000);③试验组产妇的母乳喂养相关知识掌握率是100.00%,高于对照组产妇的88.00%(Z=-9.2348,P<0.001);④试验组产妇母乳喂养实践技能掌握熟练度是96.00%,高于对照组产妇的82.00%(Z=-7.051,P<0.001)。结论产前健康教育对母乳喂养有正性影响,可增进产妇对于母乳喂养知识的认知,提高其关于母乳喂养的实践技能操作熟练度,促使其产后早日下奶,尽可能分泌出足够量的乳汁,增加其母乳喂养成功率,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the influence of prenatal health education on breast-feeding.Methods 100 cases of puerpera childbirth in a hospital were in perinatal health education and randomly divided into 2 groups:obstetrics conventional offering traditional health education intervention as control group(n=50)and a prenatal health educators as experimental group(n=50).The maternal breastfeeding success rate,postpartum,postpartum milk secretion,promote lactation time grasp the rate of breastfeeding knowledge and practical skills proficiency differences were analyzed in the two groups.Results①The success rate of breast-feeding in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(P=0.015).②The postpartum lactation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P=0.000),and the postpartum milk secretion was higher than that of the control group(P=0.000).③The mastery rate of breast-feeding knowledge in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(88.00%,P<0.001).④The proficiency rate of mothers in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions Prenatal health education has a positive effect on breast-feeding,which can improve maternal knowledge of breast-feeding and their practical skills of breast-feeding,promote their early delivery of milk,as much as possible to secrete enough milk,and increase the success rate of breast-feeding,which is worthy of reference.
