摘要
大肠息肉指所有向肠腔突出的赘生物的总称,西医治疗以内镜下电凝电切、黏膜切除及黏膜剥离等配合调节肠道菌群紊乱为主,但易复发。本文简述了大肠息肉的病因病机,探讨大肠息肉的内镜下分型、大肠息肉与大肠癌的关系,并综述中医药对大肠息肉的防治进展,具体包括大肠息肉辨证分型及体质辨识和大肠息肉中医治疗及预防等,以期为临床相关研究提供基础性参考。
Colorectal Polyps refers to the general term for all the neoplasms protruding to the intestine. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on endoscopic electrocoagulation, mucosal resection and mucosal dissection to regulate intestinal flora disorder, but it is easy to relapse. In this article, the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal polyps are briefly described. The relationship between endoscopic classification of colorectal polyps, colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer is discussed. The research progress of TCM on colorectal polyps has been reviewed, including the syndrome differentiation, the constitution differentiation, and the treatment and prevention of colorectal polyps, in order to provide a basic reference for clinical research.
