摘要
为研究摩擦系数对非正交面齿轮传动系统的非线性动力现象的影响,本文根据集中参数理论,建立了考虑齿面摩擦、齿间间隙、传递误差、支撑刚度和阻尼等因素的非正交面齿轮传动系统的多自由度动力学模型,通过数值方法进行求解,得出随摩擦系数变化的系统动态特性。结果显示,随摩擦系数的变化,系统出现周期响应和混沌响应。
In order to study the influence of friction coefficient on the non-linear dynamic phenomena of non-orthogonal face gear transmission system,a multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of non-orthogonal face gear transmission system is established based on the lumped parameter theory,which takes into account the factors of tooth surface friction,clearance between teeth,transmission error,support stiffness and damping,etc.Dynamic characteristics.The results show that periodic response and chaotic response occur with the change of friction coefficient.
