摘要
老年教育学习共同体是基于老年人学习兴趣和学习需求,立足个体的学习目标和愿景,但不局限于特定学习内容而形成的活动团体。构建有效的、有序的老年教育学习共同体,可以从自组织理论视角探究构建老年教育学习共同体的可能性和可靠性,提供老年教育学习共同体生存的源泉和力量,注重老年教育学习共同体序参量的变化和维护。构建路径上,要关注老年人的学习特质,建立对话协同机制,满足老年人的学习需求,帮助每个老年人都能在学习共同体中发现学习的乐趣、享受学习的幸福。
The aging education learning community is defined as an activity group based on the learning interests and learning needs of the elderly, based on individual learning goals and visions, but not limited to specific learning content. Constructing an effective and orderly the aging education learning community can explore the possibility and reliability of constructing the aging education learning community from the perspective of self-organization theory, provide the source and strength of the aging education learning community, and pay attention to the changes and maintenance of the aging education learning community order parameters. On the construction path, we should pay attention to the learning characteristics of the elderly, establish a dialogue and coordination mechanism to meet the learning needs of the elderly, and help each elderly to find the fun of learning and enjoy the happiness of learning in the learning community.
