摘要
通过热重红外联用研究煤与污泥不同掺混比例样品的燃烧特性以及气体排放特性,分别利用Coats-Redfern模型和分布式活化能模型(distributed activation energy model,DAEM)对污泥与煤的掺烧过程进行动力学分析,研究2种模型的适用性。结果表明,与单一煤样相比,10%掺混比例样品的着火点降低了11℃,可燃性能改善,稳燃性能提高,综合燃烧特性指数提高。此外,10%掺混比例样品燃烧过程中NO和SO 2的吸收峰比单一煤样的吸收峰低,说明一定比例掺混煤和污泥可以降低污染物的排放浓度。另外DAEM的拟合相关性系数比Coats-Redfern模型更高,表明DAEM更加适用于污泥与煤混合燃烧过程动力学分析。
This paper studies combustion characteristics and gas emission characteristics of samples of coal and sludge blending with different proportions by using a method of thermogravimetric infrared,and respectively uses the Coats-Redfern model and the distributed activation energy model(DAEM)to make kinetic analysis of the blending combustion process and study adaptability of these two models.The results indicates compared with single coal sample,the temperature of ignition point of the sample with 10%blending ratio of sludge has reduced about 11℃,meanwhile,ignitability,combustion stability and comprehensive combustion index are all improved.In addition,absorption peaks of NO and SO 2 of the sample in blending combustion are lower than that of single coal,which explains it is able to reduce emission concentrations of pollutants by blending coal and sludge according to a certain proportion.Moreover,the fitting correlation coefficient of the DAEM is higher than that of Coats-Redfern,which indicates the DAEM is more applicable to analyze blending combustion process of coal and sludge.
