对红泥膜沼气池猪尿降解工程工艺应用及减排效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 新型红泥膜沼气池猪尿降解工程工艺为:尿水预处理→预处理暂存池→红泥膜沼气池→好氧池→净化池→氧化塘(或鱼塘、人工湿地)→达标排放。研究表明:净化池后尿水污染物平均降解率85.46%,氧化池后尿水污染物平均降解率92.32%,红泥膜沼气池猪尿降解工程能达到尿水污染物减排90%的目的。指出了红泥膜沼气池猪尿降解工程优缺点,优点是代替常规沼气池(地下),能有效提高沼气池内温度和微生物活性,提高沼气池成倍产气量,特别是冬季近3倍的产气量,将氨氮降解率提高近三分之一,SS(悬浮物)等污染物降解率也有所提高,具有较强并优于常规沼气池的去污功能。缺点是大型养殖场污水未达标排放,应增加曝气生物滤池和填料等环保设施和工艺,预期达到猪尿减排90%的目的。并提出工厂设计红泥膜沼气池时应设置一套排出沼气自动化装备,自动化排出沼气,防止暴膜安全事故的发生。结论是:红泥膜沼气池猪尿降解工程工艺可行,污水排放达标,投入资金比例合适,产沼气量大,沼气发电、供暖等资源化利用率高,经济实用,值得大力宣传和推广。 The new type of red mud membrane biogas pool pig urine degradation engineering process is: urine water pretreatment → pretreatment temporary storage pool → red mud membrane biogas pool → aerobic pool→ purification pool → oxidation pond(or fish pond, artificial wetland) → standard discharge. The results show that: the average degradation rate of urinary water pollutants after purification tank 85.46%, the average degradation rate of urinary water pollutants after oxidation tank 92.32%, and the goal of reducing urinary water pollutants by 90% can be achieved by the degradation project of pig urine in red mud biogas tank. The advantages and disadvantages of the biodegradation engineering of pig urine in the biogas digester are pointed out. The advantages are that instead of the conventional biogas digester(underground), it can effectively increase the temperature and microbiological activity in the biogas digester and increase the amount of biogas digester multiplied,especially in the winter. The nearly three times the amount of gas produced, the ammonia nitrogen degradation rate will be increased by nearly one third, the degradation rate of SS(suspension) and other pollutants has also been improved, which is stronger and better than that of conventional biogas digester. The disadvantage is that sewage from large-scale farms does not meet the standards. Environmental protection facilities and processes such as aeration biofiltration and fillings should be added, and it is expected to achieve the goal of reducing the emission of pig urine by 90%. It is also proposed that a set of automatic equipment should be set up to discharge biogas to prevent the occurrence of membrane safety accidents. The conclusion is that: red mud biogas digester pig urine degradation engineering technology is feasible, sewage discharge standard, appropriate proportion of investment funds, large biogas production, high utilization rate of biogas power generation, heating and other resources, economical and practical, worthy of great publicity and promotion.
