高铁酸钾及低温热水解预处理剩余污泥对污泥水解效果的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Potassium Ferrate and Low-temperature Thermal Hydrolysis Pretreatment on Sludge Hydrolysis

摘要 分别采用低温热水解和高铁酸钾对剩余污泥进行预处理,探讨两种方法的最佳反应条件,并在此基础上采用高铁酸钾联合低温热水解方法处理剩余污泥,同时考察了3种预处理方式下多糖、蛋白质及溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)的变化情况,为剩余污泥的资源化利用提供理论依据.实验结果表明:低温热水解最佳反应条件为:80℃、24 h;高铁酸钾最佳反应条件为:投加量0.2 g/gTS、搅拌2 h;低温热水解、高铁酸钾、高铁酸钾联合低温热水解3种预处理方式均可有效促进剩余污泥的水解,经过预处理后的剩余污泥中SCOD、蛋白质和多糖大幅度提高;对剩余污泥破解效果表现为高铁酸钾联合低温热水解>低温热水解>高铁酸钾. The sewage sludge was pretreated by using low-temperature heat hydrolysis and potassium ferrate.The optimum reaction conditions of the two methods were discussed.On this basis,potassium ferrate combined with low-temperature heat hydrolysis method was used to treat sewage sludge.The research also examined the three pretreatment methods of polysaccharide,protein and the change of soluble cod(SCOD),which provided the theoretical basis of sewage sludge resource utilization.The experimental results show that the single low temperature thermal hydrolysis optimum reaction condition is:80℃,24 h.The optimal reaction conditions of potassium ferrate were:0.2 g/gTS,stirring for 2 h.Low-temperature thermal hydrolysis,potassium ferrate and potassium ferrate combined with low-temperature thermal hydrolysis all effectively promote the hydrolysis of the remaining sludge.After pretreatment,SCOD,protein,and polysaccharide in the remaining sludge significantly increased.The cracking effect of the remaining sludge was as follows:potassium ferrate combined with low-temperature thermal hydrolysis>and low-temperature thermal hydrolysis>potassium ferrate.
