摘要
为了探求杉木叶片多酚提取工艺,进一步开发利用杉木资源,采用超声波提取法提取杉木叶片多酚,考察提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度、液料比、超声波功率等因素对杉木叶片多酚提取量的影响,并根据响应面Box-Benhnken原理,构建预测模型,对提取工艺进行进一步优化.结果表明:预测最佳工艺条件为提取时间35 min,液料比110:1,乙醇浓度61.50%,提取温度50℃,实测多酚提取量62.72 mg·g^-1;最终优化工艺为提取时间35 min,液料比110:1,乙醇浓度60%,提取温度50℃,此条件下多酚提取量62.92 mg·g^-1.
To optimize the extraction technique of polyphenols from Chinese fir leaves,ultrasonic extraction was applied to Chinese fir leaves,and the optimal operative conditions,which included extraction time and temperature,ethanol concentration,liquid-to-material ratio,ultrasonic power were evaluated by models predicted by response surface Box-Benhnken principle.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were to use 61.50%ethanol and set liquid-to-material ratio at 110:1,then extract ingredients for 35 min under 50℃,yielding an optimal polyphenol at 62.72 mg·g^-1.And these conditions and yield were further comfirmed by verification test.
