摘要
针对青海省引大济湟调水工程中双护盾TBM在软弱地层中掘进模式的方案选择,探索创建了三维有限元模型,并将其应用到双护盾TBM掘进过程中去,预测在不同类型的支撑压力条件下围岩的破坏机制,同时分析不同类型和大小地应力分布在不同的软弱岩层时,软弱岩受到支撑压力对自身的影响。通过模型分析显示支撑靴主要通过剪切和拉裂破坏两种方式对围岩造成破坏;当侧压力系数小于1时,必要时采用单护盾模式掘进;不小于1时,可谨慎地采用双护盾模式。
In order to select the driving mode of double shield TBM in weak stratum in Qinghai Province,the three-dimensional finite element model of simulated double shield TBM excavation process is carried out to analyze the damage of surrounding rock under the support pressure.The influence of support pressure on weak surrounding rock under the destruction mechanism and different geostress distribution is analyzed.The calculation results show that the damage of the surrounding rock by the supporting shoe is mainly caused by shearing and tensile failure;when the side pressure coefficient<1,if necessary,the single shield mode is used;when not less than 1,the double shield mode can be used cautiously.
