This paper analyzes and discusses the innovation management of water conservancy construction technology,introduces the significance of the innovation management of water conservancy construction,analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the current innovation management of water conservancy construction technology,and proposes to strengthen the effective management of water conservancy construction technology.
