非开挖高聚物注浆在伸缩缝病害治理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 桥梁伸缩缝是桥梁的重要部件,对于行车的舒适性和安全性有极大影响,但损坏率一直居高不下,传统治理手段存在着工期长,交通通行干扰大,产生建筑垃圾,危害环境等缺点,因此对其做到快速且环保无公害维修极其重要。基于非开挖高聚物注浆技术针对渝黔高速某段桥梁伸缩缝常见病害进行了治理,治理后4 h即可开放交通,封闭交通时间短,并由车辆通过伸缩缝时的加速度采集试验可知非开挖高聚物注浆技术取得了良好的治理效果。 Expansion joints of Bridges are important components of Bridges,which have a great impact on the comfort and safety of driving,but the damage rate has been high. Traditional treatment methods have disadvantages such as long construction period,large traffic interference,construction waste and environmental hazards. Therefore,it is very important to repair expansion joints quickly and environmentally friendly. Based on the trenchless polymer grouting technology,the common diseases of bridge expansion joints of a section of Yuqian expressway are treated. After treatment,traffic can be opened for 4 hours,and the time of closing traffic is short. The trenchless polymer grouting technology has achieved a good governance effect through the acceleration acquisition experiment of vehicles passing through the expansion joints.
