摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对某空压机用增速齿轮箱进行模态分析,将计算得到的固有频率与箱体主要激振频率进行比较,使得箱体避开共振区,从而达到减振降噪的效果,为后续该类箱体的研究与改进提供参考依据。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the modal of the speed-up gearbox of an air compressor.The calculated natural frequency is compared with the main excitation frequency of the gearbox,so that the gearbox avoids the resonance phenomenon,so as to achieve the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction,which provides a reference for the subsequent research and improvement of this kind of gearbox.
