摘要
目的观察地黄叶总苷联合替米沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法将我院确诊为为糖尿病肾病的患者82例,随机分为四组,分别为A组(单纯胰岛素治疗)、B组(胰岛素+地黄叶总苷治疗)、C组(胰岛素+替米沙坦治疗)和D组(胰岛素+地黄叶总苷联合替米沙坦治疗),随访3个月。观察四种治疗方案对糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的控制情况及肾功能的变化。结果地黄叶总苷联合替米沙坦治疗组蛋白尿的控制情况明显优于单用地黄叶总苷或者单用替米沙坦治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四种治疗方法对肾功能基本没有影响,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论地黄叶总苷联合替米沙坦可显著降低糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿水平,因此,地黄叶总苷可能成为一种糖尿病肾病治疗的新手段。
Objective To observe the efficacy of total glucosides of yellow leaves combined with telmisartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria. Methods 82 patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into four groups. The group A was treated with simple insulin treatment. The group B was treated with insulin+total glucosides of yellow leaves. The group C was treated with insulin+telmisartan. The group D was treated with insulin+total glucosides of yellow leaves combined with telmisartan. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The control of proteinuria and the changes of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy by four treatment regimens were compared. Results The control of proteinuria in the total glucosides of yellow leaves combined with telmisartan group was significantly better than that of total glucosides or telmisartan alone group(P<0.05). The four treatment methods had no effect on renal function, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The total glucosides of yellow leaves combined with telmisartan can significantly reduce the proteinuria level in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Therefore, total glucosides of yellow leaves may become a new treatment for diabetic nephropathy.
