同时降解柴油和去除Cr(Ⅵ)的混合菌种特性研究

摘要 生物处理是目前废水处理最常用的方法之一,接种特殊驯化的菌株可达到加快去除污染物、实现治理的目的。在实验室条件下驯化得到同时降解柴油和去除Cr(Ⅵ)的混合菌种,对该混合菌种处理单一污染和柴油-Cr(Ⅵ)复合污染水体的效果进行了对比。结果表明,单一柴油污染时的柴油降解率低于复合污染中柴油的降解率,培养基2更适合复合污染。复合污染中,柴油最高降解率达96%,柴油初始浓度为3 027.89 mg·L^-1、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为5 mg·L^-1时,培养基2条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率最高,达88%。 Biological treatment is one of the most commonly used methods for wastewater treatment.Inoculation of special domesticated strains can achieve the purpose of accelerating the removal of pollutants.Domesticated under laboratory conditions to obtain a mixed strain that simultaneously degrades diesel and removes Cr(Ⅵ).The mixed bacteria was treated with single pollution and diesel-Cr(Ⅵ) complex polluted water.The results showed that the degradation rate of diesel oil in single diesel pollution was lower than that in diesel with composite pollution.Culture medium 2 was more suitable for composite pollution.The degredation of diesel in mixed pollution was up to 96%.In the combined pollution,when the initial concentration of diesel was 3 027.89 mg·L^-1 and the initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) was 5 mg·L^-1, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was the highest under the condition of culture medium 2,which was 88%.
