摘要
修订后的GB 17820-2018《天然气》以及新制定的GB/T 37124-2018《进入天然气长输管道的气体质量要求》两个标准对天然气质量指标提出了更加严格的要求,并提出对总硫连续监测的需求,随之而来将会对天然气中总硫、氧气等质量指标的检测技术带来新的挑战。重点分析了天然气质量提升对总硫含量在线检测、氧含量测定等带来的挑战,提出天然气质量提升是不断持续的过程,天然气质量检测技术和标准也是不断持续提升的过程,未来将适时制订我国天然气硫化合物、总硫以及氧含量的在线检测方法标准,为实现天然气更加清洁、绿色环保的目标,以及管道的安全平稳运行提供坚实有效的技术手段和标准保障。
In the revised GB 17820-2018"Natural Gas"and the newly formulated GB/T 37124-2018"Quality Requirements for Natural Gas of Entering Long-distance Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline",the stricter requirements for the quality indicators of natural gas are put forward,and the continuous monitoring of the total sulfur content in natural gas is proposed,which will bring new challenges to the detection technologies of the total sulfur content,oxygen content and other quality indicators of natural gas.The challenges brought by the improvement of natural gas quality to the online detection of total sulfur content and oxygen content of natural gas are analyzed.It is pointed out that the quality improvement of natural gas is a continuous process,and the improvement of the quality detection technologies and standards of natural gas are also a continuous process.In the future,the online detection standards for sulfur compounds,total sulfur and oxygen content of natural gas in China will be formulated in time to provide solid and effective technical means for the goal of cleaner,green environmental protection natural gas,and the safe and stable operation of pipelines.
