摘要
在国家大力推广和提倡建筑工业化、标准化的大背景下,装配式建筑被越来越广泛的关注和使用,各地方也相继推出了鼓励政策。由于诸多技术和管理原因,装配式建筑造价较现浇建筑呈增涨趋势。为合理管控装配式建筑增量成本,针对装配式建筑成本优化实务进行探讨,期望能够给广大业内人士启发。
Under the background of the country’s vigorous promotion of industrialization and standardization of buildings,prefabricated buildings have been more and more concerned and used,and incentive policies have been introduced in various places. Due to a number of technical and management reasons,the cost of fabricated buildings is increasing compared to cast-in-place buildings. In order to properly control the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings,the assembly building cost optimization practice is discussed, and it is expected to be inspiring to the insiders.
