摘要
新时代,优秀的电子商务人才必须具备“工匠精神”。如何培养“工匠精神”已经成为高职电子商务专业面临的一个重要问题。本文首先梳理了工匠精神内涵和特征的相关文献,然后从高职电子商务专业的培养目标出发,从思想、行为、目标三个层面论述新时代高职电子商务人才应该具有的特征:工匠精神要与核心价值观相结合;工匠精神要融入创新发展理念;工匠精神更加强调合作共赢。
In the new era,excellent e-commerce talents must have the“artisan spirit”.How to cultivate the“artisan spirit”has become an important issue facing the professional e-commerce profession.This paper firstly combs the relevant literature on the connotation and characteristics of the craftsman's spirit,and then discusses the characteristics of the new era of e-commerce talents from the three levels of thought,behavior and goal:the spirit of craftsmanship.It must be combined with core values;the spirit of craftsmen should be integrated into the concept of innovation and development;the spirit of artisans emphasizes cooperation and win-win.
