多层螺旋CT平扫及后处理重建技术诊断髋关节撞击综合征临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 髋关节撞击综合征是临床常见一种疾病,多表现为髋关节活动障碍、疼痛等,临床若不及时接受规范治疗,可导致髋关节软骨损伤,最终引起退行性骨关节炎,影响患者日常生活,因此临床早期诊断、治疗疾病尤为重要[1,2]。目前影像学是临床诊断疾病首选手段,其中多层螺旋CT凭借高分辨率、无创、可重复操作等优点成为临床常用方式,清晰显示骨质变化及结构异常等情况,为临床诊断疾病提供重要依据[3,4]。鉴于此,本研究将探讨多层螺旋CT平扫及后处理重建技术诊断髋关节撞击综合征的临床价值,现报告如下。
