摘要
通过研究不同比例有机肥对烤烟各器官氮吸收的影响规律,以期为烤烟栽培中科学合理地施用有机肥提供理论依据。在田间条件下,设置对照(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、25%比例有机肥(T3)、50%比例有机肥(T4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:T4根系的氮吸收比T2提高了17.79%,T2比对照提高了41.16%;T2的茎氮吸收比对照提高了16.18%,T3、T4分别比T2提高了9.06%、22.05%,差异显著。T2下部叶、中部叶、上部叶的总氮吸收量分别比对照提高了12.21%、17.72%、11.82%、18.33%,差异显著;T4分别比T2提高了12.21%、14.80%、21.31%、21.48%,差异显著;T4分别比T3提高了14.00%、9.93%、9.44%、11.21%。因此,有机肥的适宜施用比例为50%。
In order to provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational application of organic fertilizer in flue-cured tobacco cultivation, the effect of different proportion of organic manure on nitrogen absorption by organs of flue-cured tobacco was studied in the paper. The experiment was conducted under field conditions. Four treatments were set as follows: CK(T1), conventional fertilization(T2), 25% organic fertilizer(T3), 50% organic fertilizer(T4), and repeated for 3 times. The results showed that root nitrogen absorption of T4 increased by 17.79% than that of T2. The root nitrogen absorption of T2 increased by 41.16% compared with CK. The stem nitrogen absorption of T2 increased by 16.18% compared with CK. T3 and T4 increased by 9.06% and 22.05% respectively compared with T2, with significant differences. The total nitrogen absorption in the lower, middle and upper leaves of T2 increased by 12.21%, 17.72%, 11.82% and 18.33%, respectively, compared with CK, and there were significant differences. T4 increased by 12.21%, 14.80%, 21.31% and 21.48%, respectively, compared with T2, with significant differences. T4 increased by 14.00%, 9.93%, 9.44% and 11.21%, respectively, compared with T3. Therefore, the appropriate application proportion of organic fertilizer was 50%.
