摘要
在"一带一路"倡议背景下,图书馆应主动承担文化传播交流、教育支持和信息服务的使命。梳理了12个知名度较高的"一带一路"专题数据库,分析了其基本情况、核心资源、信息优势、特色服务、数据库定位、运行机制与模式等,借鉴其成功经验,以用户和市场需求为导向,从组织、技术、资源、服务等方面探讨了区域图书馆联盟构建具有地方特色的"一带一路"知识服务平台的实现路径,以主动为当地政府、企业、科研机构和大众提供"一带一路"知识服务,体现区域图书馆联盟的实践创新。
Under the background of"the Belt and Road"initiative,libraries should actively undertake the mission of cultural communication,education support and information services.This paper introduces 12 better-known special subject databases of"the Belt and Road",analyzes their basic situations,core resources,information advantages,featured services,database positioning,operational mechanisms,and operational models,etc.,and with the reference to their successful experience,and guided by the demands of users and markets,probes into the implementation paths of"the Belt and Road"knowledge service platform with the local features constructed by regional library consortia from the aspects of organizations,technologies,resources,and services,etc.,for the purpose of actively providing"the Belt and Road"knowledge services to local governments,enterprises,research institutions and people,to reflect the practical innovation of regional library consortia.
