摘要
为了解决SQ型无极绳连续牵引车在工作时出现的钢丝绳上飘和拉绷现象,对压绳轮组进行运动学分析并提出压绳轮组的布置方案。介绍了压绳轮组的工作原理,建立了压绳轮组的三维模型和运动学模型,利用ADAMS对压绳轮组进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了压绳轮组在不同倾角下钢丝绳的运行状态。分析结果表明:4.2°为单组压绳轮组的极限倾斜角度。
In order to solve the drifting and stretching phenomenon of the wire rope occurred during the operation of SQ endless rope continuous towing vehicle, the kinematics analysis on the rope-pressing wheel set was carried out and the layout scheme of the rope-pressing wheel set were proposed. The working principle of the rope-pressing wheel set was introduced, and its 3D model and kinematics model were separately established. Kinematics simulation analysis on the rope-pressing wheel set was carried out based on ADAMS, and the operating status of wire rope at various obliquity of the rope-pressing wheel set was obtained. The analysis results showed 4.2° was the limit obliquity of the single rope-pressing wheel set.
