摘要
苯甲羟肟酸是铝土矿选矿用捕收剂的主要成分之一,羟肟酸是一种具有高选择性和高捕收性的阴离子表面活性剂,因此在金属矿物浮选领域发挥着举足轻重的作用。准确了解其中苯甲羟肟酸的含量可以更好的为捕收剂的配制提供数据支持及理论指导,降低浮选生产药剂成本。利用苯甲羟肟酸与铁离子生成的络合产物显色的原理,通过试验条件的确定,探索了分光光度法测定铝土矿浮选用捕收剂中苯甲羟肟酸含量的分析方法,为捕收剂的合成具有指导意义。
Benzohydroxamic acid is one of the main components of collector used in bauxite mineral processing.Benzohydroxamic acid is an anionic surfactant with high selectivity and high collectability,so it plays an important role in the field of metal mineral flotation.Accurate measurement of benzohydroxamic acid content can provide better data support for the preparation of the collector and giving the theoretical guidance,and reducing flotation reagent cost of production.Based on the color developing principle of the complexation product produced by benzohydroxamic acid and iron ion,the spectrophotometric method for determining the content of benzohydroxamic acid in the collector for bauxite flotation was explored by determining the experimental conditions,which has guiding significance for the synthesis of collector.
