安罗替尼联合依托泊苷胶囊二线维持治疗小细胞肺癌的疗效分析被引量：11

摘要目的探讨安罗替尼联合依托泊苷胶囊二线维持治疗小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月-2019年1月就诊的20例一线应用依托泊苷联合顺铂/卡铂方案,半年后出现疾病进展,二线继续应用依托泊苷联合顺铂/卡铂方案化疗3-4周期后评价疾病未进展的晚期小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,给予患者安罗替尼联合依托泊苷胶囊进行二线维持治疗,观察患者服用安罗替尼联合依托泊苷胶囊6个月的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 20例患者中疗效总缓解率为10%,疾病控制率85%;药物不良反应最常见及严重的为骨髓抑制,通过延长治疗间歇期或者降低药物剂量,不良反应可缓解。结论安罗替尼联合依托泊苷胶囊二线维持治疗小细胞肺癌具有一定的临床疗效,能够改善患者生存期,为广大晚期小细胞肺癌患者的长期生存获益带来了新希望。
