左西孟旦对老年急性心力衰竭患者心功能、血流动力学及安全性的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨左西孟旦应用于老年急性心力衰竭患者中的效果及对其心功能、血流动力学及不良反应的影响。方法随机选取2016年4月-2018年12月就诊的87例因急性心力衰竭住院治疗的老年患者分为两组,其中对照组43例予常规治疗,观察组44例在常规治疗的基础上增加左西孟旦治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后心功能及血流动力学改善情况,记录两组治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者LVEF水平高于对照组,LVDD及BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者PAMP及PCWP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);不良反应对比,差异不显著(P> 0. 05)。结论左西孟旦可改善老年急性心力衰竭患者心功能,稳定血流动力学,且不增加不良反应发生率。
