摘要
目的探析护理安全管理在肿瘤住院患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—11月该院肿瘤内科接收的80例患者,根据入院时间先后分为两组,各40例,对照组开展常规护理管理方案,研究组则接受护理安全管理方案,统计各组护理质量。结果在护理风险事件发生率、护理投诉率及护理满意度方面,对照组分别是22.50%、27.50%和67.50%,研究组分别是5.00%、10.00%和90.00%,研究组均较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理在肿瘤住院患者护理管理中应用效果明显,不仅可以降低风险事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率,同时有助于满意度提高。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in the nursing management of tumor inpatients.Methods Eighty patients admitted to the Department of Oncology of the hospital from January to 2018 November were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.Each group had 40 cases.The control group underwent routine nursing management and the study group received nursing safety management.The program measures the quality of care in each group.Results In the incidence of nursing risk events,nursing complaints rate and nursing satisfaction,the control group was 22.50%,27.50%and 67.50%,respectively,and the study group was 5.00%,10.00%and 90.00%respectively.The study group was more excellent than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing safety management has obvious effects in the nursing management of tumor inpatients,which can not only reduce the incidence of risk events and the incidence of nurses and patients,but also contribute to the improvement of satisfaction,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
