摘要
中国和日本均定期对全国体育场地进行普查,主要采用文献研究法、对比分析法,对比分析两国的全国体育场地普查中调查方法的差异,把握体育场地普查调查方法的规律,以期为新时代中国全国性体育场地普查建立统计长效机制提供理论参考和实践启示。通过分析中、日全国体育场地普查登记表分类、普查指标、调查对象、普查指标、调查方式、信息统计方式的异同,得出启示:增加教育系统调查表;完善全国体育场地普查指标,提高普查数据使用率;增加道路类体育场地普查指标;增加全国体育场地普查网络信息系统的网络链接转切,实现自主填报;充分发挥全国体育场地普查数据的公共服务功能。
Both China and Japan regularly carry out national census of sports fields.By using the methods of literature and comparative analysis,this paper analyses the differences in the methods of sports field census between the two countries,and identifies the statistical laws of sports fields,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical enlightenment for the establishment of a statistical long-term mechanism for China’s sports fields census.By analyzing the similarities and differences between China and Japan in the classification of registration forms,census indicators,survey objects,census indicators,survey methods and information statistics of the national sports venues census,some enlightenments were drawn:to increase the education system questionnaire;to perfect the national sports venues census indicators,to improve the utilization rate of census data;to increase the general survey index of road sports venues;and to give full play to the social service function of the national sports venues census data.
