摘要
目的:观察和探讨脉冲射频联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛的效果.方法:选取2017年2月-2018年6月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者78例随机分为两组各39例,对照组患者采用针灸法治疗,试验组在此基础上联合脉冲射频进行治疗.治疗前后测定两组腰部活动度及疼痛评分,治疗后评定临床疗效.结果:治疗后,两组腰部前屈、后伸、侧屈活动度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且试验组更高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组疼痛评分均明显低于治疗前,且试验组治疗后的VAS评分更优于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05).两组临床疗效比较,试验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05).结论:运用针灸联合脉冲射频治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,可提高腰部活动度及降低疼痛,改善患者功能,疗效显著,可以临床上推广应用.
Objective:To observe and discuss the e ffect of pulsed radio frequency combined acupuncture and moxibustion on the pain of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:78 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(with 39 cases in each group).The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the experimental group was treated with pulsed radio frequency on this basis.The lumbar activity and pain scores of the two groups were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:After treatment,the activity levels of lumbar flexion,extension and lateral flexion in both groups were signi ficantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment,which was with statistically signi ficant di fferences(P<0.05).Comparing the clinical e fficacy of the two groups,the e ffective rate of the experimental group was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group,and the di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with pulsed radiofrequency for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation could improve lumbar mobility and reduce pain,improve patients'function,and had signi ficant curative effect,which could be clinically popularized and applied.
