摘要
考虑车辆通过噪声室外测量易受环境因素、驾驶技术和测量场地的影响,加之国际标准(ISO 362—1:2007)对车辆通过噪声测量过程提出更严格的要求,致使通过噪声测量成功率显著降低。为建立高效的通过噪声测量平台,车辆通过噪声的室内测量方法成为迫切需求。本文中针对车辆通过噪声室内测量方法研究的关键问题——室内外轮胎/路面噪声存在差异,对某型车开展室内外通过噪声测量实验研究,提出基于室内滑行实验方法获取室内轮胎/路面噪声系数,提取室内轮胎/路面噪声,基于声压能量叠加原理,用室外轮胎/路面噪声替换室内轮胎/路面噪声,实现半消声室内车辆通过噪声测量结果与室外测量结果的误差在±1 dB(A)以内,验证了该方法的有效性。
The outdoor pass-by noise tests of vehicles are subject to environmental factors,driving skill and test sites,and the international standard ISO 362—1∶2007 has more stringent requirements on outdoor pass-by noise tests,which makes the success rate of pass-by noise test is significantly reduced.In order to establish an efficient platform for pass-by noise tests,the indoor measurement methods for pass-by noise tests have become an urgent need.In view of the key problem of vehicle pass-by noise indoor measurement methods that there are differences between indoor and outdoor tyre/road noise in the pass-by noise tests,the experimental research on indoor and outdoor pass-by noise tests for a certain vehicle is carried out.Based on indoor coast-by method,the indoor tyre/road noise coefficients are obtained and the indoor tyre/road noise is extracted,which is then replaced by outdoor tyre/road noise based on the energy superposition principle of sound pressure.The absolute error between the indoor pass-by noise measurement result and outdoor measurement result is within±1 dB(A),which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
