摘要
实施乡村振兴战略意在解决我国“三农”问题,推进农业农村现代化,是目前社会各界都在积极探索与实践的重大命题。文章运用组织发展理论,基于宝山村实证研究,总结了宝山村乡村振兴发展的成功路径,即“每个发展时期都有明确的发展目标,不断地强化村党委领导力,构建了完善的村级发展服务管理制度,建立了人才资源保障机制,确立了创新敢为的发展思路”,以期为其它区域实施乡村振兴提供一定的参考借鉴。
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy aims at solving the three rural issues and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,which is a major proposition that all sectors of society are actively exploring and practicing.Using the organizational development theory and based on the empirical study of Baoshan Village,this paper summarizes the successful path of rural revitalization in Baoshan Village,which is:each development period has a clear development goaU constantly strengthen the leadership of the village Party Committee,establish a perfect village level development service management system,build a human resources guarantee mechanism,and establish the development ideas of innovation and daring to do,so as to provide certain reference for rural revitalization in other regions.
