摘要
我国是农业大国,尤其在农业种植过程中杀虫剂等的使用产生的邻硝基苯酚之类的典型污染物。环境污染物邻硝基苯酚因为其苯环的结构和硝基的存在而具有很强的毒性和难降解性,对环境造成很大危害。由于二氧化钛禁带宽无法有效利用紫外光含量只有4%左右的太阳光;而且二氧化钛本身的载流子容易复合,对光能的利用率不高,使得二氧化钛对光的响应能力进一步下降。因为碳材料能够促进电子转移和载流子分离,拓宽光吸收范围且能够提供较大的比表面积,通过讨论制备二氧化钛纳米管与还原氧化石墨烯的复合材料,分析了近些年利用TiO2 纳米管/还原氧化石墨烯复合材料对邻硝基苯酚的光催化降解研究现状。
China is a large agricultural country, especially in the sense of typical pollutants such as o-nitrophenol generated through the use of pesticides in the agricultural planting process. The environmental pollutant o-nitrophenol is very toxic and difficult to degrade because of its benzene ring structure and nitro group component. The fact that titanium dioxide bandgap cannot effectively use sunlight that contains only 4% of ultraviolet light, the carrier of titanium dioxide itself is easy to compound, and the utilization rate of light energy is not high further reduces the light response ability of titanium dioxide. Because carbon materials can promote electron transfer and carrier separation, broaden the light absorption range and provide a large specific surface area, this paper analyzes the status quo of research in the photocatalytic degradation of o-nitrophenol using TiO2 nanotube/RGO composites through the discussion of the preparation of titanium dioxide nanotubes and composites that reduce GO.
