摘要
[目的]研究胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)患者肿瘤组织中血管细胞黏附分子-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,VCAM-1)的表达与GIST危险程度及一般临床病理因素之间的相关性。[方法]收集96例行手术治疗的GIST组织标本,应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)测定肿瘤组织中VCAM-1蛋白的表达,分析VCAM-1的表达与肿瘤危险度分级及一般临床病例因素之间的相关性。[结果]96例患者中有37.5%(36/96)VCAM-1高表达并与肿瘤危险分度、SMA表达相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、浸润程度、CD34、CD117、DOG-1、S-100、Desmin等因素无关(P>0.05)。[结论]VCAM-1在GIST组织中高表达,并在肿瘤发生、发展过程起着重要作用;VCAM-1高表达与与肿瘤危险分度密切相关,检测VCAM-1表达水平有助于GIST的诊断、治疗及预后的判断。
[Objective]To study the correlation between the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)in gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)tumor tissue and the risk degree of GIST and general clinicopathological factors.[Methods]Ninety-six cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissues were collected and the expression of VCAM-1 protein in tumor tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry(SP method).The correlation between VCAM-1 expression and tumor risk grade and general clinical case factors was analyzed.[Results]Among the 96 patients,37.5%(36/96)had high expression of VCAM-1 and correlated with tumor risk index and SMA expression(P<0.05).The age,sex,tumor location,tumor size,degree of infiltration,CD34,CD117,DOG-1,S-100,Desmin and other factors showed no relationship with the expression of VCAM-1(P>0.05).[Conclusions]VCAM-1 is highly expressed in GIST tissues and plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development.The high expression of VCAM-1 is closely related to the risk scale of tumor.The detection of VCAM-1 expression level is helpful for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of GIST.
