摘要
创新创业人才的培养是时代发展的需要,本文构建了一个适合应用型地方本科院校的"一个目标"、"两个强化"、"三个保障"、"四个支持"即"1234"创新创业人才培养体系;探索出一条递进式化工类创新创业人才实践教学模式;将课程体系模块化,保证知识系统而全面;构建了多元主体的、客观的教学质量监控评价体系,建立常态化的质量监控评价机制。
The training of innovative and entrepreneurship talents is the need of the development of the times. This paper constructs a training system of innovative and entrepreneurship talents suitable for application-oriented local undergraduate colleges, namely "one goal", "two strengthens", "three guarantees" and "four supports". It also explores a progressive practical teaching of innovative and entrepreneurship talents in chemical industry. Learning mode;modularization of curriculum system to ensure knowledge system and comprehensiveness;construction of a multi-subject, objective teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, the establishment of a normalized quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
