摘要
目的探讨锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法将2006年6月至2011年6月在我院采用锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的56例患者作为研究对象,对其临床手术情况、术后恢复情况等疗效进行观察分析。结果 56例患者均获得随访,时间6个月~24个月,全部患者骨折均愈合且复位良好,Constant-Merley评分85~100分。结论应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折具有创伤小、固定强度高、骨折愈合时间短等特点,只要严格掌握手术原理及技巧,就能获得最佳的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal clavicular fracture. Methods From June 2006 to June 2011, 56 patients with distal clavicle fracture treated by clavicular hook plate internal fixation were selected as the research object, and the clinical operation and postoperative recovery were observed and analyzed. Results All 56 patients were followed up for 6 months to 24 months. All the fractures healed and repositioned well. Constant-Merley score was 85-100. Conclusion The application of clavicular hook plate in the treatment of distal clavicular fracture has the characteristics of small trauma, high fixation strength and short healing time. As long as the operation principle and skills are strictly mastered, the best clinical effect can be obtained.
