摘要
干式空心滤波电抗器噪声主要来源于电磁力作用下的绕组受迫振动。为了降低电抗器噪声,基于电磁场计算原理,文中在不同工况下对某型号电抗器的稳态磁场及电磁力进行了计算,并分析了电抗器的稳态磁场及电磁力分布规律。研究结果表明:同一工况下,该型号电抗器的轴向磁场强度最大值约为径向磁场强度最大值的5.28倍,且空间任一节点的磁场强度与电流幅值呈线性关系。轴向电磁力使电抗器在轴向上向中间收缩,径向电磁力使电抗器沿径向向外扩张,电抗器各包封径向电磁力与电流幅值平方呈线性关系。文中分析结果可为电抗器减振降噪提供一定依据。
The noise of dry-type air-core filter reactor originates from winding vibration generated by the electromagnetic force. In order to reduce the noise of filter reactor,the steady-state magnetic field and electromagnetic force of a certain type of dry-type air-core filter reactor under different operation conditions are calculated on the basis of the calculation principles of the magnetic field and electromagnetic force of the reactor. And the distributions of the steady-state magnetic field and electromagnetic force are analyzed. Calculation results show that the maximum axial magnetic field intensity of the reactor is 5.28 times of the maximum radial magnetic field intensity under the same operation condition,and the magnetic field intensity of the reactor at any position in space is linear with the operating current. The reactor bears the axial electromagnetic force to contract toward the middle in the axial direction,and also bears the radial electromagnetic force to expand outward in the radial direction. The radial electromagnetic force of each envelope of the reactor is linear with the square of the operating current. This paper may provide a basis for vibration and noise reduction of dry-type air-core filter reactors.
